Over the past five years, we’ve turned that purpose into measurable impact, mobilizing our people, expertise, and creativity to help move society forward. What began as a grassroots initiative has evolved into a firmwide commitment to equity, social mobility, and sustainability. New brand identity helped expand from 2 to 6 clinics and 1 to 2 surgical teams, delivering 73 major surgeries and care for 800+ patients.

Human-centered brand strategy and mentorship model supporting 93% non-recidivism among program graduates.

Brand and platform redesign driving 1,000+ new web visits and 40+ product demos, earning Best Use of Technology recognition.
