Jen Mullen

Jen Mullen is Prophet’s Senior EMEA Marketing Manager, skilled in aligning marketing and communication strategies with business objectives. With a knack for turning bright ideas into action, she develops marketing and content strategies across the region that help business leaders achieve uncommon growth.

Jen has over a decade of experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives within the consulting and professional services sector. Her role involves collaborating closely with Prophet’s executive and partner teams in EMEA, to define and implement innovative approaches that engage diverse audiences.

Before joining Prophet, Jen held marketing and communications leadership roles at Oliver Wyman and ERM. Originally from near London and now based in Berlin, she considers herself a citizen of the world, having also lived and worked in Switzerland, Australia, and India.

Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from Aston University. A self-confessed Berlin history nerd, she enjoys spending time outdoors running. She recently combined these passions by helping to establish a new 5 km parkrun along part of the former Berlin Wall route.
